# Upgrade to Premium

## Plan limits

| | Free | Premium |
|---|---|---|
| Files per day | 50 | no limit |
| Size | 2 GB per day | 200 GB per month |
| Copy to another Google account or Dropbox | yes | yes |

- Days reset at midnight UTC; the monthly allowance resets on the 1st (UTC).
- What counts is the files Drive Downloader produces: each exported or copied file, including converted Google files.
- Downloads and copies count the same way.
- An export that would go over a limit does not start, and you see every limit it would break.

## Prices

Choose a plan on **Settings › Plans & billing**:

- **Premium, monthly** – $18 a month.
- **Premium, yearly** – $48 a year.
- **Pay Once** – $188, lifetime: no renewals.
- **Teams and bulk licences** – email [support@8apps.co](mailto:support@8apps.co).

## How buying works

1. Choose a plan and click **Buy Plan**. Payment is handled by Stripe in a new tab.
2. After paying, your **licence key** is emailed to you.
3. Paste it under **Already have a licence key?** to activate Premium.

The key can also be given to someone else, for example when you buy for a colleague. They redeem it in their own Drive Downloader account.

## Manage or cancel your plan

**Settings** shows your plan, billing, renewal date, what it includes and today's usage. If you pay by card, click **Manage billing in Stripe** to see invoices, change the payment method or cancel.
