Does the add-on read all my emails?
No, it only processes meta data from the emails that match the filters you've configured.
Is my data shared with third parties?
Never. All data stays within your Google account - no external access.
Is Contact Extractor CASA 2 certified?
Yes, it complies with Google's security and privacy standards, including CASA 2.
What permissions does the tool request?
Only those needed to read Gmail and write to your Google Sheets.
How can I upgrade to a paid plan?
You can upgrade directly within the add-on's settings or through our website.
What happens after I make a payment?
Once your payment is successful, you’ll receive a license key via email. To activate your upgrade, open the add-on and go to the Plans page, then simply enter your license key. Your existing settings and tasks will remain intact, and there’s no need to reinstall anything.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes, we do offer a 7-day refund policy.
