What happens if I exceed the email download limit in the free plan?
If you exceed the limit of 50 emails per day in the free plan, additional emails won’t be saved until the next day. You may consider upgrading to the paid version, which will allow you to save up to 4000 emails per day.
Can I pause or disable the automatic saving of emails temporarily?
Yes, you can disable specific tasks, run them as one time or recurring.
What formats can I save my emails in?
You can save emails as a PDF. We will be adding EML, HTML, and plain text in the next update.
Can I choose which emails get saved?
Yes! You can set up rules based on sender, subject, labels, keywords, size, and dates, or any parameter that you may use to find or filter your emails in Gmail™.
Can I customise the folder structure where emails are saved in Google Drive?
Yes, you can customise the folder structure by specifying folder names and paths.
Does it save attachments as well?
Yes, attachments can be saved along with the email or separately in a designated Google Drive folder. You can also set your rules to save only the attachments without saving the email body.
Can I rename emails or attachments before saving them?
Yes, you can customise file names using variables (e.g., date, sender name, subject).
