Can I send emails to multiple recipients, including CC and BCC?
Yes! You can add multiple emails in the To, CC, and BCC fields - just separate them with commas or press Enter after each one.
Can I send only specific ranges from my sheet instead of the full sheet?
Yes. You can choose to export specific sheets or define exact ranges (like A1:F20) when setting up your task.
What file formats can I send and can I send more than one format at once?
You can export and send your sheet(s) as PDF, Excel (.xlsx), or CSV. Each task supports one format per sheet.
Will my tasks run if I close the spreadsheet or log out?
Yes! Once scheduled, your tasks run in the background using Google's trigger system - no need to keep the file open.
Can I test my email before it goes out to everyone?
Definitely. Use the Send Test Email button to preview the full task - including formatting, attachments, and email content that will be sent to your own Gmail.
