What file formats can I send and can I send more than one format at once?
You can export and send your sheet(s) as PDF, Excel (.xlsx), or CSV. Each task supports one format per sheet.
Will my tasks run if I close the spreadsheet or log out?
Yes! Once scheduled, your tasks run in the background using Google's trigger system - no need to keep the file open.
Can I test my email before it goes out to everyone?
Definitely. Use the Send Test Email button to preview the full task - including formatting, attachments, and email content that will be sent to your own Gmail.
How can I request a new feature?

Is my data secure? Is Mail My Sheets by 8apps GDPR compliant?
Yes. We don't store or access your emails - all processing happens within your Google Account's secure environment, and Mail My Sheets acts as a data processor ensuring your data stays within Google Workspace.
Does Mail My Sheet access or store my spreadsheet data?
No. We never store, share, or upload your data. The add-on runs entirely inside your Google Workspace environment.
Why do you need permission to send emails on my behalf?
This is required so we can send emails from your account based on your configurations, but only as and when you explicitly set up and activate a task.
Is my data encrypted or protected during use?
Yes. All communication uses Google's secure API protocols, and no data leaves your account unless you send it via email.
Can I control which spreadsheets the add-on has access to?
Absolutely. Mail My Sheets only accesses the spreadsheet where it's installed and launched - it doesn't scan or access your entire Drive.
What happens if I uninstall the add-on?
If you uninstall Mail My Sheets, all your scheduled tasks will stop running immediately, and no data will be sent. Your existing sheet content remains untouched.
