Follow these tips to ensure accurate, efficient, and hassle-free currency conversions across your Google Workspace apps.

Use valid currency codes	Always use 3-letter currency codes like USD, EUR, INR, etc.
Use Sheets for historical conversions	Only the Google Sheets formula supports past date conversions.
Enter numbers only in the sidebar	Avoid using currency symbols (e.g., $) or commas in the input field.
Refresh the sidebar if needed	If the add-on becomes unresponsive, click the menu (⁝) > Refresh.
Use the correct date format	When typing a date manually in the formula, always use YYYY-MM-DD format.
Avoid multiple Google accounts	Stay logged in with one Google account to prevent access or permission issues.
Keep the add-on updated	Regular updates ensure the latest features and bug fixes.
