What if our headcount changes mid-year?
Users you add during the year are charged pro rata for what's left of your billing term, at the rate their band earns. Try it:
Adding 25 users and prorating for 6 months costs US$48.00.
If your user count goes down, your bill stays as it is until the next annual renewal – there's no mid-term refund or credit.
